Welcome to the Rimrock Cabin Owners Association.
Mission Statement
The purpose of this Association shall be to promote and protect the rights of R.C.O.A. permittees who hold United States Forest Service (USFS) special use permits located near or adjacent to Rimrock Lake on the White Pass Corridor. Promoting and protecting includes securing and maintaining fair and equitable legislation and regulations, cooperating with the USFS and other actions lawful, just and necessary on behalf of the members of the Association.
